That is so sweet! I’m getting an “I Love Gorillas” headband, too. Thanks for sharing, Elie. You have beautiful kids.

Wonderful pictures! Thank you for sharing your adorable children with us. I’m glad to hear that your son will be a brave Ranger someday, just like his Dad. Lisa

What a smart, handsome son you have!!
Hear that the fighting has become even more intense today, such a worry.
Desperate for some good news.

Congratulations Elie! A bright spot of news for sure…hopefully by the time Jose becomes a ranger your world will be a more peaceful place, and the gorillas (and people!) will no longer have to fear for their safety.

Elie,
May I first give you congrats on the birth of you son Victor. He looks like an angel. Second I would like to say your son Jose is a very beautiful and special boy, and obviously is raised with a lot of love and caring. Teaching our children the importance of the dangers that our wildlife and environment face is critical in helping to solve and fix the all the problems that face our Earth today. I hope our youth can alter the future of this planet and all that live here. They have definitely got their work cut out for them. God Bless your beautiful children and you for raising them to be aware.
